Have you ever found yourself running from things that could actually help you grow? On the last weekend of October leading into November, we learned about the story of Jonah, who ran away from something God asked him to do and learned an important lesson in the process. Throughout this story, we discovered that you can’t outrun God’s love, and because God loves us so much, even when we mess up, God gives us more chances.
During the Fall retreat, we broke into discussion groups, hosted a costume party, played childlike games like Hungry Hungry Hippos, and more!
